A reclaimed vintage industrial Italian explosion proof table lamp conversion.

Professionally restored by Loomlight in the UK ready for use in modern interiors.

Supplied fitted with filament bulb and high quality braided cable as standard.

 
Made by Cortem a manufacturer of explosion proof electrical equipment these lights were specifically designed to light up hazardous areas close to the operator and to the equipment.
 
Substantial cast aluminium base with numbered glass dome and copper blast cage, finished with RAL 7035 epoxy coating.
 
There is a manufacturers specification on the side which shows the Atex rating and the electrical ingress rating which is IP66, which means it can be used as an outdoor light fixture as well.
 
The light can also be used on the ceiling or walls by removing the feet or they can be fixed to a cable tray.  
 
New electrics and copper gland have been installed which compliment its vintage industrial appearance.  

All lights are professionally re-wired in-house to exceed British Standards using CE approved components.
