Vintage Mini Wall Light – Reclaimed from Japanese Cargo Ships
Bring authentic industrial style and maritime history into your space with these mini cage wall lights, reclaimed from Japanese cargo ships. Originally designed to withstand harsh sea conditions, each vintage cage light features a robust cast aluminium body and a protective brass cage, designed to shield the internal components while adding striking character to the exterior.
These mini wall lights are restored by hand in our Leicestershire workshop, where our expert team re-wires every fixture using CE-certified components. For orders to the USA, we fit UL-listed components. The result is a high-quality compact industrial cage light that retains its original character while meeting modern safety expectations.
Each reclaimed cage wall light includes a screw-in borosilicate glass dome and an SBC (B15) lamp holder, compatible with LED bulbs for efficient, long-lasting illumination. The compact footprint — approximately 11 cm in diameter with a 12 cm projection — makes these wall lights ideal for tight spaces, narrow hallways, stairwells, or alongside mirrors and beds. Their versatile design allows for installation facing upward or downward depending on your lighting needs.

Import Duty & Tax
Please note that orders delivered outside of the UK will be subject to custom import & duties. All imported commercial goods are subject to customs duties and taxes based on their HS Code tariff classification.
The importer/customer is responsible for paying the duty & tax. Loomlight are not responsible for these costs. We use DHL or FedEx for worldwide deliveries and they require payment of this tax before they can deliver your order.
For further information about import duty & tax to your country, please check the courier website. We are unable to calculate the import tax on your behalf.
RETURNS
Returns
If you wish to return a product, please let us know within 14 days of delivery at hello@loomlightdesign.com and we shall organise that with you. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can resolve the matter.
For a refund, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We will refund the product price only, once we have fully processed the return. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
