DESCRIPTION
The verdigris Edison strip light is a striking vintage industrial ceiling fixture, expertly restored and ready to install in modern interiors.
Each piece features a bespoke verdigris finish, applied entirely by hand in our workshop using a tailored rusting technique. This process combines copper powder with an accelerated oxidisation treatment to create a natural patina that develops uniquely on every fixture. As a result, no two lights are ever the same — each one carries its own distinctive character and finish.
The main body is constructed from cast aluminium, complemented by steel and brass fittings, and flameproof glass tubes for both safety and durability. Each light is supplied fully restored, fitted with Edison filament LED tubes, a 1-metre braided cable, hanging chain, and ceiling hooks. If you require additional hanging length, please contact us and we’ll be happy to accommodate your needs.
All fixtures are professionally re-wired in-house to exceed British Standards, using CE-approved components. Dimensions and weights are approximate. For orders to the USA, all fittings are supplied with UL-listed bulb holders and 100V bulbs.

Import Duty & Tax
Please note that orders delivered outside of the UK will be subject to custom import & duties. All imported commercial goods are subject to customs duties and taxes based on their HS Code tariff classification.
The importer/customer is responsible for paying the duty & tax. Loomlight are not responsible for these costs. We use DHL or FedEx for worldwide deliveries and they require payment of this tax before they can deliver your order.
For further information about import duty & tax to your country, please check the courier website. We are unable to calculate the import tax on your behalf.
RETURNS
Returns
If you wish to return a product, please let us know within 14 days of delivery at hello@loomlightdesign.com and we shall organise that with you. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can resolve the matter.
For a refund, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We will refund the product price only, once we have fully processed the return. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
