DESCRIPTION
These elegant vintage ceiling lights were salvaged from a disused factory in the former Czechoslovakia and date from the 1950s, a period of dramatic political and industrial change across the Eastern Bloc.
Each fitting features a hemispherical opaline glass shade that diffuses light evenly, creating a soft ambient glow. The shade is set against a contrasting brushed steel wall plate with original Bakelite detailing, a design combination that reflects the materials and aesthetic of mid-century Czechoslovakian manufacturing.
Lightweight at 1.1kg yet substantial in scale with a 330mm diameter, these opaline fixtures have two lamp holders and are versatile enough for use as ceiling lights or wall lights, offering timeless style for lounges, bedrooms, and kitchens.

Import Duty & Tax
Please note that orders delivered outside of the UK will be subject to custom import & duties. All imported commercial goods are subject to customs duties and taxes based on their HS Code tariff classification.
The importer/customer is responsible for paying the duty & tax. Loomlight are not responsible for these costs. We use DHL or FedEx for worldwide deliveries and they require payment of this tax before they can deliver your order.

RETURNS
Returns
If you wish to return a product, please let us know within 14 days of delivery at hello@loomlightdesign.com and we shall organise that with you. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can resolve the matter.
For a refund, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We will refund the product price only, once we have fully processed the return. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
