DESCRIPTION
This 1970s vintage theatre spotlight was manufactured in former Czechoslovakia and originally used for stage and performance lighting. The lamp features a robust cast-aluminium body with a textured black enamel finish, retaining its original maker’s plate and industrial character. The lamp was manufactured in 1979 by Divadelní Služba N.P., a national enterprise based in Újezd u Brna that specialised in professional stage and theatre lighting throughout the mid-20th century.
Now meticulously restored and converted for modern interiors, this striking piece has been mounted to a reclaimed stainless steel telescopic medical stand, creating an adjustable vintage floor lamp that blends Czech industrial design with mid-century stage lighting heritage.
The head can be tilted and locked in position and the telescopic stand can be adjusted from 118cm up to 200cm in height, making it ideal for use as a feature floor lamp in living spaces, studios or commercial interiors. Fitted with a frosted glass lens to diffuse the light, it produces a soft, ambient glow reminiscent of its theatrical origins.
Each lamp has been professionally restored and rewired by Loomlight to exceed modern British standards, using CE-approved components while preserving the authentic patina and craftsmanship of the original design.

Import Duty & Tax
Please note that orders delivered outside of the UK will be subject to custom import & duties. All imported commercial goods are subject to customs duties and taxes based on their HS Code tariff classification.
The importer/customer is responsible for paying the duty & tax. Loomlight are not responsible for these costs. We use DHL or FedEx for worldwide deliveries and they require payment of this tax before they can deliver your order.

RETURNS
Returns
If you wish to return a product, please let us know within 14 days of delivery at hello@loomlightdesign.com and we shall organise that with you. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can resolve the matter.
For a refund, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We will refund the product price only, once we have fully processed the return. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
