This industrial copper pendant light is a beautifully restored example of 1970's marine engineering, salvaged from cargo ships and brought back to life by Loomlight in the UK. Originally designed to withstand harsh offshore environments, this copper cage pendant light features a heavy-duty construction and timeless design that makes it a striking feature in both residential and commercial interiors.

The lamp combines a robust cast iron top with a machined copper shade and a solid brass protective cage — a signature of high-specification copper industrial lighting. At its core is the original ceramic and brass E27 lamp holder, carefully inspected and retained in excellent working condition, contributing to the authenticity and charm of the piece.

Each light is professionally restored by hand in our UK workshop and re-wired using CE-approved components to exceed modern British Standards. For customers in the USA, we fit UL-listed bulb holders.

This copper cage light is supplied ready to install, complete with:

• 1 meter length of high-quality braided cable (wired into the lamp)

• A matching hanging chain and ceiling hook
  

Installation is flexible: the eyebolt can be removed to allow flush-mounting via the three bolt holes in the top section, or it can be suspended from the included chain to suit a variety of ceiling heights and interior styles.
