DESCRIPTION
These unusual small ribbed milk glass pendant lights were salvaged from former Czechoslovakian school buildings dating from the mid-20th century. Each pendant features a distinctive concentric ribbed pattern that diffuses light softly while adding a sculptural quality to the design.
Retaining their original white Bakelite galleries, these 22cm diameter globe lights have been professionally converted to simple cable-suspended ceiling fixtures, ready for use in modern interiors. Their clean, geometric form and soft milky glow make them ideal for hanging in rows above kitchen islands, hallways, or circulation areas.
A fine example of Czechoslovakian opaline glass design, these pendants combine mid-century practicality with understated elegance — offering a timeless lighting solution that complements both vintage and contemporary settings.

Import Duty & Tax
Please note that orders delivered outside of the UK will be subject to custom import & duties. All imported commercial goods are subject to customs duties and taxes based on their HS Code tariff classification.
The importer/customer is responsible for paying the duty & tax. Loomlight are not responsible for these costs. We use DHL or FedEx for worldwide deliveries and they require payment of this tax before they can deliver your order.

RETURNS
Returns
If you wish to return a product, please let us know within 14 days of delivery at hello@loomlightdesign.com and we shall organise that with you. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can resolve the matter.
For a refund, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We will refund the product price only, once we have fully processed the return. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
