This striking vintage ceiling light embodies the rugged charm of steampunk and industrial design. Originally manufactured by Kokosha in Osaka, Japan for use on military ships and supertankers, it has been expertly restored in the UK by Loomlight for use in modern interiors.
Crafted from cast aluminium, stainless steel and glass, this robust flameproof fixture makes a bold statement. Supplied with LED tubes, hanging chain, and ceiling hooks as standard, it’s ready to install and enjoy.
Ideal for illuminating pool or snooker tables, kitchen islands, breakfast bars or dining areas. It also serves as a unique centrepiece in retail settings, restaurants, and other commercial environments.
All our lights are professionally rewired in-house to exceed British safety standards using CE-approved components, and come with a 12-month warranty. For US customers, UL-listed bulb holders and 100v tubes are fitted as standard. Dimensions and weights are approximate. Sold ready for installation in residential or commercial spaces.

Import Duty & Tax
Please note that orders delivered outside of the UK will be subject to custom import & duties. All imported commercial goods are subject to customs duties and taxes based on their HS Code tariff classification.
The importer/customer is responsible for paying the duty & tax. Loomlight are not responsible for these costs. We use DHL or FedEx for worldwide deliveries and they require payment of this tax before they can deliver your order.
For further information about import duty & tax to your country, please check the courier website. We are unable to calculate the import tax on your behalf.
RETURNS
Returns
If you wish to return a product, please let us know within 14 days of delivery at hello@loomlightdesign.com and we shall organise that with you. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can resolve the matter.
For a refund, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We will refund the product price only, once we have fully processed the return. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
