Vintage white opaline glass globe ceiling lights at 40cm in diameter.
Imposing mid-century opaline glass globe pendants salvaged from former Czechoslovakia. Dating from the 1950s, these oversized spherical shades represent the timeless design language of the Eastern Bloc — functional, minimalist, and beautifully made.
When illuminated, the white opaline glass produces a soft, diffused glow and even distribution of light, perfect for creating atmospheric illumination in large living spaces, stairwells, or hospitality interiors.
Each piece has been professionally restored and fitted with new CE-certified electrical components (UL-listed versions available for the USA). Supplied with 1 meter of ceiling hanging kit.

Import Duty & Tax
Please note that orders delivered outside of the UK will be subject to custom import & duties. All imported commercial goods are subject to customs duties and taxes based on their HS Code tariff classification.
The importer/customer is responsible for paying the duty & tax. Loomlight are not responsible for these costs. We use DHL or FedEx for worldwide deliveries and they require payment of this tax before they can deliver your order.
For further information about import duty & tax to your country, please check the courier website. We are unable to calculate the import tax on your behalf.
RETURNS
Returns
If you wish to return a product, please let us know within 14 days of delivery at hello@loomlightdesign.com and we shall organise that with you. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can resolve the matter.
For a refund, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We will refund the product price only, once we have fully processed the return. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
